Iwan Type designs contemporary Arabic typefaces. Our aim is to enrich Arabic typography with type rooted in calligraphic heritage and drawn for the way the world reads today.

Heritage
Naskh, Kufi, Thuluth, Ruqaa and Nastaliq are our starting point. From there, every letter is drawn from scratch.
